Bought a pair pf curtains on the weekend and brought today to return and the lady in the counter made it so difficult and said she couldn’t do anything to return because the bar code didn’t match with the receipt. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my mistake that they did the wrong product size but she was very unfriendly zero customer service skills. I also work in retail and I know she could have done something. Very unprofessional
This review is for the spotlight website overall. Hate it!!! Too many pop ups and things you've got to agree to, just to continue to look for the product you're after. Yes, you've got someone with some tech savey that's trying to get a much data out of your customer base as possible, but not all of us customers are so dumb as to not realise what you're doing. Some bargains to be found if you are dedicated. There is an assault on the eyes with the enormous amount of product with many items in mysterious locations. Its a mix - think lucky dip with broken packets and a fine layer of dust for luck and Aunty Beryl heaven with the array of chintz fabrics. Any yeh, I keep going back.
