I tried to become a new customer via the web site. I had questions. They did everything possible to gather information about me, waste my time and avoid meaningful contact. They act like they are Hermes or something. Go the way of modern business. Treat customers like the machines you have become. I am not a web site. I condemn your business model.
The customer service is very rude, not keen to assist customer. They mark the price as discount when you about to pay the charge you the full price you must check before paying. she was busy chatting with friend ask me to go and take a picture of the price , then she said they decided to excluded that container althought it didnt say in the discount paper that was put next to the product ask me to pay full price ,tone of voice so rude and dismissive .
