Oliver at the Front Desk on Friday the 7th of August was amazing. I told him I was in severe chronic pain and couldn't stand in the line to get fabric measured and such. He said he doesn't usually do it but he made a exception for me. He went above and beyond to assist me even when it was 5pm and quite busy. Thank You Oliver.

Staff need to be trained how to answer a phone and take a customers call. 7 times i called, no answer. Went back into store, tried to call to see if the lines are down. And no, the staff just look at each other on who's going to take the phone call. Absolutely atrocious
