I had a great experience during my recent visit to Spotlight Ballarat. I took a while trying to make up my mind on the shop floor, but the staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and supportive the whole time. Rather than rushing me or making me feel managed, they remained consistently friendly, approachable, and willing to assist whenever I had a question. Awesome customer service 🙂
