I want to thank Manjit, the customer service officer at Spotlight Logan, for her lovely service, warm smile, and helpful manner. It was truly refreshing to see such an asset working for Spotlight. It made my day to receive such warm and efficient and helpful service.

Sewing pattern books filthy and ripped. Not a lot of room to move your trolley up and down aisles. Too overcrowded Having to scan bolts of fabric for prices instead of it being on the end of the fabric bolt is a pain in the neck. Had to queue a long time to leave the store at the checkout by the exit to prove we'd already paid at the customer desk in store . Shopped here for years before all the changes but won't be back.

The Manager is an awful lady, Lana. Lana likes to roll her eyes at customers. My mother who is in her 70s recently has healed from a big surgery and needs a trolley to have balance for a little help. Her Aldi coin for the trolley bay wasn’t working, she asks for help. This Lana (awful individual) gives her attitude, isn’t nice nor helpful.
