Took 2 phones in for repair for my step daughter, 1 screen wasn't working and 1 phone wasn't charging. I got told that each phone needed a new screen. Spent £160 to replace the screens, left the store with both phones working and the phone that wasnt charging was charging again. Within a week that phone wasnt charging again.
