I appreciate the service overall. Most drivers are friendly, or at the very least calm and professional. However, over the past two months I’ve noticed a growing issue with buses arriving significantly earlier than scheduled, often 6 to 7 minutes early. As a result, I’ve missed several buses despite arriving ahead of the posted time, which has then left me waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the next one. I've been riding the bus since the day it started running over 15 years ago, up until now I've loved this transportation. It's free, and has always got me to where I needed to be. On August 11th 2025 the bus driver hit a truck on my way home, he pulled to the side of the road. He called it in to the boss, she asked if he made sure the passengers were ok, he lied and said yes while he never even acknowledged us, myself and one other rider.
