The item was fine, once it arrived, but the wait time, which was advertised to be 1-9 days, took an entire month. And the level of customer service and communication was absolutely unacceptable. It makes me not want to shop small business because of issues just like this.

Cant get anyone to respond to emails, answer the phone or return messages left on voicemail. I guess business is booming for them!
