I initially started seeing Sam to help with shoulder pain complicated by calcification and restricted range of motion. Sam listened carefully, did a physical assessment and made a treatment plan that included shock wave therapy, IMS, deep tissue release modalities, education and exercise. Was having trouble with tight hip flexors. Had been to multiple physios but no relief. TJ correctly diagnosed my issues and started a treatment plan to help get my glutes and core to engage again, strengthen the support muscles and released muscle groups through IMS. It’s great to have my mobility back. I would highly recommend TJ at SportsPro Health Clinic, if you want relief and want to get back to your life TJ will sort you out!
