Lesh is the absolute best. I came to Lesh with niggling Achilles and foot troubles that wouldn't go away, he looked after me and got me back on track and without his care I wouldn't have been able to finish my first marathon. Could not recommend Lesh highly enough especially for any runner dealing with niggles or preparing for a big race!
