James has been amazing! I’ve never trusted physios after a couple of bad experiences years and years ago. Life long repercussions. I saw another physio and massage and dry needling did nothing except exacerbate the issue. Jame’s approach has been amazing exercise and manipulation has worked wonders in just a couple of months! Vishwa has been an absolute God-send for my piriformis. I'm a big guy (130kg) and he was able to manipulate me and isolate the muscle. Had my painless in 3 sessions. Cannot recommend him highly enough. +++
