The overall experience with therapy and transportation was great. However, I recently received a bill after two years, which was very upsetting. I called the billing department and spoke with Bonnie, who was extremely respectful and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am not in favor of balance billing, especially after such a long delay, but I truly appreciate Bonnie for reviewing my account, returning my call, and confirming that my balance is now zero.
