Waste of time and super frustrating experience due to the staff not being knowledgeable of their own facility. I spoke to and confirmed Sports Med Franklin Lakes accepts my insurance for the service I was requesting during three separate phone calls. I am very fortunate to have found an amazing therapist, Marina at the Franklin Lakes office of Sports Med PT. Marina has given me incredible treatment after my painful Carpel Tunnel surgery. I had a lot of swelling and numbness in my hand as well as the onset of a trigger finger problem in my ring and middle fingers. Thanks to Marina’s amazing treatment, my trigger finger problem is almost completely mended. She is awesome!!!
I’ve always been happy with my experience at SportsMed in Franklin Lakes. Everyone (from the front desk staff to the PT assistants to the physical therapists) is very friendly and competent. I have gone to both Giana and Brett and highly recommend each of them.
