Very disappointing experience. They canceled my therapy appointment just 24 hours in advance, with no regard for the time I had already set aside or the fact that I took days off from work to attend. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for patients. They do not value people’s time. I recommend looking for more serious alternatives; there are other centers nearby with better reputation and commitment.
