I am very disappointed with this physical therapy. It is expensive and the billing is not transparent! Before starting treatment, I clearly explained my surgery situation, asked how much I would have to pay, and paid whatever they told me. I also asked if there would be any extra charges, and they did not mention anything. I had surgery 3 weeks later and paid thousands for my deductible. Been coming here for almost 9 months for various issues and have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and greets every time when walking in the front door and signing in. I work mostly with Fallon who is phenomenal. All the staff is helpful and ready to correct form or count for exercises (Josue) . You can tell everyone enjoys their job and coworkers treat each other and their patients like family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere to rehab at.
Best therapy place! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Fallon, Edith, Josue, and Nelsys were with me every step of the way and made my experience so smooth!
Horrible and unprofessional from start to finish. When I walked in, the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to get off a personal phone call. I had to ask “are there forms I need to fill out?” which she handed to me in silence without explanation while still on the phone. Then, during the entire appointment I had to listen to my PT and two other workers VERY LOUDLY talk about gambling, Atlantic City, and soccer.
