I loved my massage with Rachael. She was so thorough. I do a lot of sport and was super tight and she did exactly what I needed - good pain to really unlock my body. She is also a very lovely and calming lady.
Rachael is a warm and friendly person with amazing skills in a range of massage therapies. She works hard to make you ,feel at ease whilst assessing your individual needs, explains what she is doing, and why. I have found her approach to healing highly successful and professional and continue to visit for support whenever necessary. Thanks Rachael, you're fab!
Rachael has fixed me (again) this week with an amazing deep tissue massage to treat a horrid muscle spasm. I couldn’t turn my head fully when I walked in and now I’m back to normal! If you go in trapped up and sore you come out feeling relaxed and treated. Highly recommend Rachael to anyone either for a general massage or a specific treatment of discomfort or injury.
I came to Rachel for a lymphatic drainage massage and I can’t recommend her enough. I felt more balanced, calm, and healthier. I have been struggling with constant post nasal drip and sore throats, and they are gone since I came to her. Thanks Rachel!
Rachael was so knowledgable about different types of massage and spent time explaining the benefits. I had a lymphatic massage which was wonderful and look forward to a sports massage next.
