I brought my brand new Shimano Saragosa 20000 reel and Shimano Terez setup to be spooled with 400 yards of 80# Power Pro braid. The fishing manager assisted me. The day of my big fishing trip I discovered no tape was used on my backing, so I was unable to fish. A very rookie mistake the other anglers told me, not something to be expected from the fishing department manager. Bigger upper middle-aged man behind the counter was unbelievably rude. He would continuously interrupt when I would try to ask a question. He would answer a different question that I'm not even asking because he wouldn't let me finish. I ended the conversation with, "I appreciate your help and have a good day," only to be replied back to with a scoff.
