Great customer service every time I go the very friendly and knowledgeable
The staff there was very welcoming and friendly they had a good inventory of products I would go back again, I had a great experience
3 stars for Sportsman's Warehouse. Had to wait a while before anyone helped me, which seems to be a common issue. Once I did get assistance, Austin stepped in and handled my ammo purchase smoothly, so I appreciate that. That said, the rating reflects not just this visit but my overall experience with the company, including a previous issue that still hasn’t been addressed by corporate. Service can be inconsistent, and until that improves, it’s hard to rate this place higher.
Good products selection but employees aren't informed on what's offered on their website or location.
