Thinking I was doing my husband a favor, I picked up 5 boxes of 28 gauge shot gun shells for him while at the store. I found out they were not the right ones. He uses iron, and these were steel. No good for him. I go back to the store with the shells and the receipt to exchange them, they told me they will not take back any ammo. The boxes had not been opened and in perfect condition, I had the receipt. They absolutely would not exchange them, now I am stuck with over $100 of shells no one wants.
Don’t pay with a card. We were double charged. It’s been about a month now and no one at the store level has any decision making control. Our card company will have to fight the company for it. The store manager doesn’t return calls. They make mistakes and can’t fix them. Horrible business practices.
