Lifesavers!! The crew was amazing and so helpful!
Very nice people. We bought fishing licenses, but as went through the process, I was amazed at the knowledge of who I assumed is the owner. Most often he would confirm what they were fishing for and where and suggested they reconsider the choices of lures etc. in my opinion, he knows fishing.
This bait shop offers public showers and laundry facilities...Nice hot 15 minute shower for $9...it was great!
Terrible customer service, an employee helping me with bait was incredibly short and rude, the part that will lose my business however is that when I called to speak to the owner of the shop to make known the horrible attitude of the employee, they practically told me to kick rocks, and was equally as rude. Im a large believer in supporting small local businesses, but I'll sooner spend my hard earned dollars at Walmart before I go back to this business if this is how they treat customers.
