Todd and Brad treated my daughter for a hamstring injury a few weeks before end of year dance concerts and competitions. They quickly assessed the injury, listened to understand my daughters dance goals and the narrow timeline and developed a treatment plan. First time visiting SportsFit as I recovered from a knee injury. I was taken in by Physio Todd. Todd’s patience, thoroughness and expertise were exemplary. He took the time to go through key exercises and explain why I had certain deficiencies with corrective actions to improve them.
