Todd and the team at SportsFit have been absolutely phenominal! Todd has shown genuine care and interest in my rehabilitation from a syndesmosis reconstruction. From day 1 he gave me a clear path forward for my rehab, backed by some elite strength testing equipment and data. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my son's recovery. The treatment and advice has been excellent and we appreciate the follow up after appointments. Great experience with great results
SportsFit Physio and Health are great! After fracturing a vertebrae and twisting my ankle and knee (all at the same time!) the physios got me walking and moving freely again. I now do a weekly session of Pilates supervised closely by an ever watchful and patient physio which helps keep me strong. I've also developed a very sore shoulder with limited movement (old age) and with gentle cajoling and encouragement I'm now on an exercise program and can already feel the pain improving and movement returning - if only I'd listened... read more
