Ava our physio was exceptional and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was well informed, supportive and provided my daughter with an extremely high level of care. Great experience at SportsFit Health and Rehab. Seriously couldn’t recommend Rosh enough. I was recommended to see him for a herniated disc and I’m so glad I did. In 5 months, my recovery exceeded all expectations. He explains everything clearly, is honest and transparent, and has a great approach to recovery.
Was very well looked after by Jay. Had an injury with my Achilles tendon. Jay provided a combination of shockwave therapy and rehab exercises. After 1 month of weekly sessions, my issue had significantly improved and I was able to continue my usual activities without being hampered by pain or fear of re-injury. Would highly recommend
Ava was quick to diagnose the issue with my upper back and shoulder issues I've had. The recovery exercises she recommended really helped to get back into the gym. The physios here are thorough and thoughtful. Highly recommended place for all your Physio needs.
