I walked into the Sportscraft store on a whim, hoping to ask about a set that had already sold out online. From that moment, Dhanu went above and beyond in every way imaginable. She tracked down the Scattered Garden set for me at David Jones in Sydney/QVB/Bondi and advised that a postal order might be possible. I went in to the Woden store to buy a particular suit. The store had the jacket but not the pants. I asked the young salesperson if she could ring the Civic store for me to see if they had the pants. She would not make the call, claiming it wasn’t part of their training. Seriously? There was absolutely no one in the store, it would have taken one minute and cost next to nothing.
