Waiting for over fifteen minutes to make a purchase. Sales staff need to get their priorities sorted. Don't have all day to wait for staff and their happy chats when customers are waiting to purchase. Sales person was confused and unsure about her role. Frustrating experience. I purchased elsewhere.
Lovely shopping experience, Catherine was helpful, warm, and easy to deal with, not at all pushy, definitely attentive and courteous. Very happy with my purchases, beautiful quality fabrics. I'll be back on my future visits to Townsville.
Well didn't think I'd be buying anything from sportscraft! Was minding my own business just browsing and ready to leave..then leanne approached me and asked if I needed any help...i was like no no just looking! Haha (famous last words)well half an hour later I walked out with a bag of goodies became a member plus more...best customer service! I was only window shopping and had no intentions on buy anything haha that certainly changed .. I'm a townsville sportscraft fan now thanks leanne will definitely see you again.
