I had a very underwhelming experience at Sportscraft Chadstone on Black Friday. On Cyber Monday I ventured in to the Southland Store. What a different experience. I was acknowledged and greeted by Shareena and shortly after she asked if she could be of assistance. I relayed what I was looking for and Shareena was able to show me different items to try on.
