Had a lovely shopping experience in Sportscraft at Garden City Westfield. Was simply looking for a linen shirt, but they didn't have my size. A Mediterranean lady with a very warm demeanour, who placed my accent accurately (not many can), helped me discover that I had not only gone down a size but also wanted the darling blue linen short sleeved shirt she had recommended. Her positivity, warmth, and my dropping down a size earned Sportscraft five stars. I will be back, and will hopefully have dropped to a medium by then.
