My cousin and I visited the Sportscraft Macquarie Centre store on Sunday afternoon 23rd Nov. We were served by Lana. Lana was so caring and genuine in her advice. We left very happy with our purchases. The fit, style and quality of the fabrics never disappoint. Lana’s customer service is very rare these days. Thank you Lana :)

Not sure why the ratings for this store are quite low, because the customer service of this store is exceptional! I went into the store for a refund because the online purchase didn’t fit my size. Unfortunately it has past the 21-day return window, but the staff was extremely helpful and was willing to give store credit out of good will. It was already quite late(7:45pm) when I came into the store, and it was her first time dealing with store credit so she wasn’t familiar with the process — she made at least 4 calls and was ... read more

Good clothes, good ambience, great staff EXCEPT the store MANAGER (the name on the receipt reads Pamela) I went in to return a pair of pants, her demeanour was rude from the start (she probably noticed the bag in my hand). As I handed it over she misread the number on the receipt and FLUNG the bag back at me. I went back assuming it was a different card which I did not have on me at the time.
