me and my sisters walked in to look for some nice cotton pants today and the worker was giving us very rude looks and did not acknowledge or smile at us. we wore hijabs so not sure if it was pure racism. she kept giving us some weird looks when we were looking through each pair of shirts. very unhappy and not coming here again. the lady had short blonde hair and looked middle aged, or older. LEARN to treat everyone equal and not be racist. the indro workers are always extremely rude and give off discriminative energy.
Absolutely upset with the way i went inside just to look for some clothes with my sisters and the lady who was working at the front counter was giving dirty looks towards our direction and made it seem as if we were trying to steal clothes when were just having a browse all because we had a hijab on our heads, very upset
No acknowledgement, no eye contact and certainly no offering of support when I walked in with my daughter. Not the first time this has occurred in this store. I buy a lot of the brand online because my experience with customer service in Indooroopilly is below average. Might not buy at all from Sportscraft anymore.
Terrible non existent customer service yet again in this store. Attended around 1pm Saturday 22nd November only 1 staff member on, when you are paying approximately $350 for 1 pair of pants and 1 top in this economy, went in to spend the money and not even a hello when no one else in the store is really unacceptable. Not the first time this has occurred recently at this Sportscraft location. Do better please at this price point!
Quality clothing and friendly helpful staff. Been shopping there for years.
