Very unpleasant shop assistant. Most terrible experience, I was told that no one will serve me because they already have 3! customers in store to look after. I am local and spent fair amount of money in this shop.
Nicole was very friendly and helpful to help me find a sweater which my mom was after. She went above and beyond to advise when they may get a restock for her sweater size. Thanks Nicole!
At a time when the service and delivery from many clothing retailers in Australia is bloody hopeless - Sportcraft is a beacon. The Double Bay staff are an absolute asset to the company. ( no they’re not paying me to write this ) and the online experience is excellent. Dispatch and delivery in a couple of days in Sydney is a unicorn. The quality of the garments leaves Witchery and Country Rd for dead ( in my opinion). The menswear is my go to basics for husband and sons.
