Came to Sportscraft Bondi and staff asked me a weird question: “You don’t buy a lot from Sportscraft do you?” While in fact I have bought from Sportscraft few times recently and quite like the brand. Had better experience at other stores than at DJ Bondi.
The sales guy in DJs was fabulous he went out of his way to help me with my Sportscraft purchase and my gift cards.
A good selection and very helpful staff
Terrible experience. Ordered over the phone ( over 1 week ago) from interstate and no information or correspondence has been made for an item that was in stock. Chasing up this is resulting in pure frustration and a lack of professionalism from the relevant dept. They have our money and we have no item!
