Went there to return pants Thursday 5.20pm and I bring my kid in the stroller. He was a bit fussy so I pushed the pram back and forth near the cashier. And the lady (Asian middle aged women) said "can you please stop push it, I am getting dizzy by it" I was too shocked by what she is saying that I didn't said anything. But 0 star for the service she provided. I am in disbelief that someone working in retail said that, unbelievable Wouldn't be back shopping here for sure
I had such a wonderful experience visiting the Chatswood store yesterday. The service was just right, not overattentive and annoying, very patient with my requests, and extremely helpful when I needed it.
Ruth was possibly the most wonderful retail assistant I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I guess they have changed staff recently because everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. I would highly recommend visiting the store as several of the garments have different fits and sizing, and you won't be disappointed with the experience, it's a lovely place to shop.
