Terrible customer service. Rude staff member
Friendly and helpful staff.
As a nurse and a favour to a patient when her family were away l tried to exchange a shirt size for an elderly lady who received an expensive blouse as a Christmas gift. The size tag was accidentally thrown out but l had the receipts. Upon entering the store l was sized up and down with no greeting. I was shut down very quickly and told no it wasn’t possible.
