2 years ago I first visited Sportscraft Emporium. At the time Brian was so welcoming and informed me that they now had a section for larger sizes in their shop. This was so helpful as I didn’t realize their sizes went up to what I required. From then on Brian and now Honny continue to serve me and show the respect I am very rarely given when I walk into such lovely shops due to my size. Amazing customer service experience, would give ten stars if there was an option to do so, a very customer obsessed approach :)
I visited Sportscraft Emporium on the weekend to try on a couple of shirts that had been put on hold for me. The customer service at this store was excellent! Mandy was very friendly and very efficient. The presentation of the store was also of a very high standard.
Situated on Level 2, store is impeccably clean and tidy. Customer service is top notch and did a quick simple refund from an online purchase.
