⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience here during my recovery from a torn labrum. The staff was knowledgeable, supportive, and really took the time to make sure I was progressing the right way without rushing anything. They helped me build my strength and mobility back, and I could see a big difference throughout the process. Everyone was friendly and made each session enjoyable. I’m extremely grateful for everything they did to help me get back to feeling like myself again. Definitely recommend!

I will and have recommended Alex and Bri to friends for physical therapy. Getting back to my active lifestyle was nonnegotiable, and they not only made that possible but made the comeback better. With their attention and expertise, I was able to go from barely moving my ankle to running with balance and stability far better than pre injury. The anti-gravity treadmill was also a game changer to help me get back to running on 100% body weight- not all therapy offices provide such resources.

I would say they completely cured me. I was away for a week when I couldn't attend sessions & had no pain. Thank you, Brie & the team!
