After a nasty fall, injuring a recently gel injected knee, Trever George totally evaluated my condition and assigned specific exercises and movements to help loosen the stiffness, improve my walking ability and lessen the associated pain. After 6 weeks, 3 one hour sessions per week, I'm moving a whole lot better and feeling a lot less pain.
