Russell has only done 2 sessions on my neck which has been really bad for a long time. I have exercises and slow stretches to do at home. Amazing the range I have now,and my shoulders have also relaxed. Soooo very happy. Cheers Russell at Caloundra.

I would like to send a big Thank you to Sam Taylor Physiotherapist at Caloundra Sportscare team he was very professional and committed to get me back not only to full time work again but also gave me the exercise plan to get me back on the golf course he showed a genuine interest into my recovery from a ruptured tendon in my shoulder I can highly recommend this practice if your injured and need a Physiotherapist
