Sportscare Caloundra have been looking after our Mum's physio needs for years. As a 90+ year old client now, the level of care shown to Mum by the physios has been outstanding. Trying to keep Mum mobile has been a key aim, and with weekly visits to her home, Sportscare have provided a consistent level of outstanding service for 10+ years. I had few appointments with Mr.Jacob. I came in with bad wrist pain that made work hard. Mr. Jacob, my physiotherapist did a thorough check and explained the problem/injury clearly. I had a great experience here.The hands-on treatment and home exercises brought fast relief.The treatment and exercises worked fast. My wrist feels great now. Sportscare Caloundra is clean, and the staff is very kind. Highly recommend .
I have needed to see Jacob Payne from Sportscare Caloundra on 2 separate occasions both for separate back pain issues. I have found Jacob very easy to talk to, sympathetic, understanding & very knowledgeable & respectful. He was very thorough with his diagnosis & provided a treatment & exercise program which he followed up with an email setting out the details which was extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacob if you are in need of his expertise.
Very happy with the professional services and client care provided
Jacob is an excellent physiotherapist who devised a programme for me that combined stretches, exercises easily performed at home with minimal equipment, and self massage. Under this programme my pain levels decreased within a week and over 6 weeks I have seem my muscle strength improve. Jacob followed up each appointment with an email that listed the exercise programme he had developed for me during my appointment. I highly recommend Jacob.
