I wouldn’t have been able to get through the race without them. No matter who I see I always leave feeling better and with a plan to move me beyond any niggles that arise.

I'm a long distance runner and went to see Sam with a very sore knee that had prevented me from running for 2 months. He quickly diagnosed it as a meniscus problem and promised he would have me running again in 2 weeks. I was very doubtful given the pain I was experiencing. He had me on the road to recovery straight away and as promised I was back running in 2 weeks. Can't thank him enough, such a professional and knowledgeable physio. Thanks Sam 😎
