I was in there today and witnessed a mug fall out of a box that the mom picked up (not secured inside the box) and fall onto a very young child's head. The mug was heavy and left that baby crying so hard. The employee came over and said people usually pick them up by the handle? Wouldn't that drop the box and the other mug?
