This was my first time to Fitness Excellence in Langley. They are very price competitive and a large supply of quality name equipment such as "Inspire". Tommy was on duty when I was there and I dealt with Arlen on the phone the day before. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would be going back when I need fitness supplies.
Huge shout out to Joe and staff for their consistent and amazing service! Did my homework and knew what I needed plus they were cheaper than some other “bigger” stores and after a discussion with Joe we found a product that would suit my sons needs better plus he saved me a few hundred dollars!!! Of course those went to mystery mini’s but he could’ve easily sold me a product we really didn’t need.
Our visit to Sports Replay was fantastic. What would normally be an overwhelming shopping experience was made super easy. Kaden greeted us the moment we walked through the door, and immediately helped us find what we needed (ice skates and a sensible helmet for a six year old). After a quick stop to have the used skates sharpened by the friendly guy at the side, we were on our way! Walking back to the car, even my six year old commented on the high quality of their customer service. Thanks!
Great customer service! They went above and beyond to find me a spare screw for my skis, spent quite some time on something they didn't have to do and didn't charge me for. I highly recommend!
Joe helped me and I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. He knew where everything was that I needed and the exact sizes. So fabulous To the point that it was ineffable.
