Liam there was great at showing me around the store! And was super helpful and great with helping me with the skate section with showing what brand and size truly fits my foot, found out I was wearing skates 2 sizes to big😅
Young staff extremely friendly and helping! Management/ older staff were quite ignorant a dismissive. (im trying to spend money!) Ended up buying skates at this location but genuinely googled other stores in the area as I’d rather give my business else wear. “Place 500$ skates on ur desk and you tell me I’m busy go else where” Skate prices are/were the same as all other local stores
Thank you to Joe for all your help with the tune up of our son’s goalie helmet. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the correct missing washer and that the remainder of the screws were nice and tight.
I had to run into Sports replay two times this week. Once Lucas helped me out and the other Kayden. Great service by both. Both were very friendly and helpful! Great job!
