Both Danette and Traci have been very helpful in providing exercises and stretches that alleviate my pain.
Super friendly and knowledgeable. They were awesome at working with my busy schedule to get me in. They took the time need to explain the reason behind the exercises needed to get my knee working right again. I went in barley able to lift my leg off the ground my knee was so sore, and now im back to kneeling, squatting, stepping , etc!
