My favourite place to ice bath, it is such a wonderful way to unwind and reset. Skin and mind are clear. The pools are so deep and there is so much room that it never feels crowded. It’s my preference to stand to ice bath and not to sit and the timed clock is a disciplined way to practice contrast therapy.
One session and I’m back to beast mode.— no fluff, just results. Body does bounce back like the old days but this place gave me the a leg up. Great staff too
