Amazing service. Took my daughter’s here after their Saturday sport, they had a wonderful time. Will be coming back again!
Love this place. We have been coming for years and use the hot and cold pools, compression boots and cryo regularly. You always walk out feeling so much better for your time there.
The new owners have done an amazing job! The centre feels fresh, welcoming and you can already see so many positive improvements. The magnesium pools are spacious, spotless and so relaxing, making the whole experience even better. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you recover and feel your best. Highly recommend!
Came in just before the gc marathon last minute preparation, had such a wonderful experience, got the compression boots, and hyperbaric chamber, Robyn the owner really helpful and knowledgeable. Coming back for recovery
Great sports recovery centre, authentic, old school feel with memorabilia and sports on tv. Big pools so plenty of space. Chilled staff. Highly recommend.
