My sons Nate.and Jack love the compression and pools, so beneficial with their recovery. They absolutely love it, staff are so knowledgeable and help and welcoming. We are so lucky to have them in our area.
The compression boots and magnesium pools really help in my recovery from athletic meets and have me back up strongly for a second day. The cryo really assisted in healing my ankle last year and getting me back on the track quickly..great facility for athletes
