The staff are always welcoming. The tvs in the pool area are great to distract yourself when in the ice bath. Highly recommend.
What a new experience. I have never tried hot & cold baths before or the compression treatment and thoroughly enjoyed my session and my back feels so much better 2 weeks post surgery. Lovely friendly staff, thank you x
