Kia ora. I have known Tanya and worked her since my inception into Ponsonby Rugby in 2007. She has helped me to recover from 2 shoulder reconstructions and a knee reconstruction. I would promote her in the highest for anything regarding sports. As an ex pro League player in Australia 2003-2004 and ex dual NZ 19’s in both rugby and league

Highly recommended physio. I've been seeing Tanya for a good 7 years and have not had a better physio before. Tanya makes the effort to remember your story, your hobbies, why you ended up there in the first place and will fix you up good and proper from diagnosis, treatment to exercises. Booking system is also great!
