Ive been to physical therapy many times before coming here. Other places I went I dreaded it and I never felt like It was worth going. That changed when I started coming here. Every time I go I am learning new exercises with hands on training and actually felling results after each session. Not only do you get hands on training but also for more severe cases acupuncture needling, cupping, and other instruments that help for a speedy recovery. My trainer at Anytime Fitness recommended SPT Ferndale when my knee issue wasn't improving (and then to complicate matters I fell on my knee and had a bad bone bruise). I had never been to PT before so wasn't sure what to expect but now I realize how special and phenomenal RJ and Evan and the entire support staff are. I'm seeing huge improvements just after a couple months and I'm learning so much about how to stay strong to prevent a recurrence of my knee issue. I was apprehensive about PT because of past experiences, but the moment I stepped into the building I was put at ease by the front desk person. She greeted me so warmly, answered my questions and got me scheduled right away. Within the first 5 minutes of starting PT I knew this would be a much better experience than I have had before. I left hopeful and feeling better than I have in a long time.
I went here for my physical therapy and brought my daughter in for hers after her injury. We both worked with Evan! He is amazing. Super great rapport with kids. The entire staff is amazing honestly. Everyone is always super friendly. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in need
