I went in last year because I tore the medial meniscus of my left knee. I had one appointment where we discussed surgery at brantford hospital. The doctor said it would be faster. Im a single mom, been off work for more than a year (my job is physical.) They didn’t put the referral out. My family doc had to do it. Talk about slipping through the cracks of healthcare! I work in healthcare! I had been calling/emailing them. They just gave me the run around. Not professional. Not impressed.
I've had a swollen knee for over 10 months and it wasn't until I talked to Jen that I finally got some answers and some relief. I didn't know I needed Sports Medicine Experts until my first appointment. She works with you through the process of diagnosis as well as gives you all the tools and exercises you need to build back your strength. Highly recommend.
I recently went to their new sport chiropractor Dr. Oberoi for a neck and shoulder issue. He’s efficient and effective..his technique is more of an active release approach, only cracks (adjusts) when necessary. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. Very personable and easy to talk to. He makes sure your exercises are targeted towards your lifestyle, done properly and positioning to target the correct muscles. Def recommend.
