Came with severe neck and shoulder pain from playing tennis and sitting on a desk in front of computer and instantly I felt relieve in the first session. He worked the nerves around my neck and shoulders. And in the same session he worked stiffed back and hip. I highly recommend Bahman's work. I've had 5 shoulder dislocations and due to that, I had limited range of motion. His work helped me get better and start doing daily activities with confidence and working out with more weight. I also feel more confident that less dislocations will occur due to the better mobility.
