I came to see Dr. Bahman by recommendation of ChatGPT. I engineered a prompt that was looking for medical massage, focusing on releasing the illiopsoas muscle. I did not want thai massage or passive stretching. I also wanted someone close to where I live in Northpark. Dr. Bahman helped my hips and back out tremendously. I highly recommend! I came in with left-sided sciatica issues and significant tension throughout my left side, especially in my lower back, hip, and glutes. Bahman has an excellent understanding of anatomy and focused on the muscles contributing to my pain by using hot stones to release tension. I left with noticeably less pain, improved mobility, and my left side felt so much better. If you’re dealing with sciatica or chronic muscle tightness, he’s absolutely worth booking.
