Had three sessions with John so far, 100% keeping me in shape for the footy season. Strongly recommend even if he does support Spurs.
I've been using John for approximately 1 year following a few niggles that wouldn't go away. With a busy lifestyle of being a fitness instructor, having a separate full time occupation and among other interests of playing guitar and Scuba Diving.
