I was looking for the real deal Sports Massage in the Poconos and found Phil! Amazing is all I can say about His Knowledge of body muscles and his techniques especially trigger points. He got to the roots of my muscle tension. Hard to find a massage like this. Thanks Phil!

Phil made a night and day difference when i walked into his office with an extremely sore wrist. I had been nurturing my injury with warm packs, rest and a variety of ointments for over a month and i was getting frustrated for not being able to exercise or even drive without feeling pangs of pain. Here enters Phil…with a few expert application of trigger point therapy to locations he easily identified, my pain was GONE in one session and i was doing handstands the next day. Priceless.
