Highly recommend. He works on knots you didn’t know you have. Super intense and still an amazing calm feeling when you are done.

Just had a sports massage by Josh. I'm basically in full blown rhabdo. My CPK is probably 150,000. My UA definitely has infinite myoglobulins. Cr yesterday 0.5 from my labs, today 3.6 l suspect. I'm pretty sure one leg has compartment syndrome and I'm definitely hemolyzing. Held my breath for such a long time that my lactate is in the 6-10 range. His massage was the equivalent of a 4'10", 80lb 110 year old osteoporotic Chinese woman doing it = excruciatingly painful, but undoubtedly effective. Ace trigger point therapy. Hurt... read more
