Terrible place to deal with. They seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I was promised I would have my boat ready to go by the 14th, well I did pick it up then but they are dragging their feet in getting it registered so now I am on vacation and planned on taking it out and now I can’t take it out because I am still waiting for them to get the registration done. Unfortunately, the service I needed to get done did not happen due to not having enough technicians to meet demand. I ended up picking up the boat not repaired. I ordered the tools I needed and completed pressure test on LU myself. It is a simple process with the correct tools. They had everything I needed for me to affect repairs. I can't fault them not having enough techs to meet demand. All repair shops this time of year is the same way.

I dropped my boat off and was told only 3 boats are in front of mine. That was on June 26th. It took them 4 weeks to do the 20 hour service on a new motor and replace the impeller. They called me on July 23rd to pick up the boat. The cost was $1500.00. I did the repower with them and you would think that would get me better service. If it did get me better service, I would hate to see what they do to people that did not repower with them. So disappointed!
