Ever heard of customer service? On the day after Christmas, I wanted to do an even exchange for a baseball hat in a different size. ALL TAGS WERE STILL ON IT. It was a gift and I did not get a receipt. They absolutely refused. Guess it explains why I was the ONLY customer in the place on one of the biggest shopping days of the year!
