My son is 12 years old, plays on a National 12U Baseball Team & in his pictures they had him hold a little league softball bat! You can imagine how ridiculous this looks.... they offered to retake his picture, i agreed. I received his retakes in the mail only to find the exact same picture only with a bat sharpie colored in, not photoshopped!!!! Not to mention the package of pictures is no where near what i had purchased. Called 4xs in the last 2 weeks asking for a refund & nothing!!!!! I take better pictures on my cell phon... read more
