I can’t say I have had a positive experience with this company. My daughter Softball pictures were taken in May we are almost in July and still haven’t received them or a response to when we could get them. The High School coach is looking into the matter as I have left many phone calls, Emails and no response. I’m so frustrated that communication seems to be an issue with this company and I wish the schools would re consider using them and go with someone else.

If I could give ZERO Stars I would!! I cringe every time I hear an organization is using Sports Image by Snapshot..one of the WORST photo places to deal with and their pictures are terrible! Their website to order pictures never works, I have tried several different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, you know all the tricks and still can't get it to work. Try calling to order.. Paid for my daughters golf photos online and never received them. I called multiple times to find out how I could go about getting them and no one ever answered and no one ever called me back. I wouldn't waste your time with this shady operation.

I ordered my son's high school graduation pictures that they took at the ceremony in June. I have not received them. I have called and left several messages and sent several emails, all with no reply. 11/8/2023 - received an email that they were checking into my order a month ago and been crickets since....
